Astellas Launches Second Annual PAO Action Week
Astellas, a global life sciences company based in Northbrook, Illinois, has officially announced the second iteration of its Patient Advocacy Organization (PAO) Action Week™, set to run from June 9 to 13, 2025. This initiative follows the success of its inaugural event in 2024, continuing to forge vital connections between individuals and essential resources provided by patient advocacy organizations.
The PAO Action Week is more than just a week-long campaign; it represents a community-driven effort aimed at uniting various stakeholders in the life sciences landscape, including healthcare organizations, life sciences companies, and advocacy groups. By fostering collaboration, Astellas seeks to raise awareness about the critical roles that PAOs have in offering support to patients and caregivers who often face significant challenges in navigating their health journeys.
