On September 6, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, the Future Style Research Institute, managed by Nittetsu Kowa Real Estate Co., is excited to host TOCOTO DAY alongside HITOTOWA. This engaging community event will take place at the Namgaya Station Plaza and the Ochiai Central Park West Plaza in Suma Ward, Kobe City, aiming to enhance community disaster preparedness, mutual assistance, and a strong sense of local love.

A Day of Learning and Fun

TOCOTO DAY promises to be a day where learning and enjoyment go hand in hand. Attendees can expect a wide array of workshops and exhibitions led by diverse organizations, including fire departments, police stations, libraries, and local enterprises. Activities will focus not only on disaster readiness but will also create opportunities for residents to connect with their community and create lasting memories. Moreover, the event will implement ideas generated from the ongoing TOCOTO LAB workshops, which began in May and envision a vibrant future for the Namgaya Station Plaza.

Understanding the TOCOTO LAB

The TOCOTO LAB is a series of workshops dedicated to exploring how to best enjoy and utilize the Namgaya Station plaza. The goal of these workshops is to foster a comfortable environment that allows participants to express their interests and challenges. Beginning on May 1, 2025, we invited local residents of all ages, from high school students to seniors, to join as researchers in this initiative. With shared enthusiasm for innovative plaza usage, teams have conducted discussions since May to develop their ideas. The outcome of these collaborations will be showcased at TOCOTO DAY, where participants can put their ideas into practice and share their experiences afterward.

The Blueprint for Community Affection

TOCOTO DAY is part of the Namgaya TOCOTO Project, initiated in March 2025 with the goal of fostering community attachment and long-term resident satisfaction. This project focuses on building connections within the newly constructed Livio City Kobe Namgaya condominium site. As part of this initiative, various events such as TOCOTO LAB have continuously encouraged community engagement.

The TOCOTO TALKS is another highlight of the project, inviting guests involved in local activities, residents, families, and municipal staff to share insights on the allure and lifestyle of the Namgaya area.
