MAG Capital Partners, LLC has recently announced the successful expansion of Hughes Tank Company's manufacturing facility, located in Venus, Texas. This expansion greatly enhances the company's manufacturing and painting capabilities, providing a significant boost to their operations.

A New Milestone in Manufacturing



The newly constructed facility spans an impressive 48,000 square feet, bringing the total space of the Hughes Tank's operational area to 140,110 square feet. The expansion is situated at 2900-3000 FM 157, and it positions Hughes Tank to meet growing demand and broaden its product line, catering to diverse industries, including petroleum, agriculture, and manufacturing.

Enhanced Capability and Technology



The newly expanded facility enhances Hughes Tank's manufacturing capabilities significantly. The company produces UL-certified fuel tanks for above-ground and underground storage, conforming to the highest industry standards. The various tank products include single-wall and double-wall options such as UL 142, ACT-100-U, Fireguard®, and Flameshield® tanks. These products serve critical needs across various sectors, including data centers that require backup power solutions.

As part of the modernization efforts, the new facility incorporates proprietary welding technology which is optimized for speed and precision, ensuring quality craftsmanship. Additionally, automated cutting tables have been introduced to minimize waste, aligning with Hughes Tank's sustainability initiatives.
