Hisense Reveals Vision of Unbounded Innovation at 2025 Laser Display Conference
Hisense Unveils Its 'Boundless' Vision at the Laser Display Conference 2025
QINGDAO, China, September 21, 2025 – Hisense, a leading global brand in consumer electronics and home appliances, held the 2025 Laser Display Technology and Industry Development Conference under the theme "Boundless." This event not only celebrated a decade of innovation in display technology but also reinforced Hisense's commitment to pushing the boundaries of visual experiences.
The theme "Boundless" encapsulates the essence of laser displays—ranging in size from 65 to 300 inches and applicable in diverse environments from homes and automobiles to cinemas and industrial settings. Over the past ten years, laser displays have transitioned from an emerging concept to a cornerstone of the global television industry, evolving into a shared global ecosystem.
According to Technavio's 2025 report, the global projector market has seen consistent growth, maintaining an upward trend for three consecutive years from 2020 to 2023. This remarkable performance enhances Hisense's already solidified leadership position. Furthermore, Omdia's latest report for the first half of 2025 reveals that Hisense has maintained the number one position in global laser television shipments year after year since 2019, with a substantial 70.0% volume share in the first half of 2025. From January to August 2025, Hisense’s laser products also experienced an impressive 85% increase in sales and a 64% increase in revenue in international markets, excluding China and Japan, highlighting its dominant status.
During the conference, Hisense introduced its global product line that embodies the "Boundless" philosophy. Among the highlights were the TriChroma Laser TV L9Q and the C2 Ultra mini laser projector, both already available internationally, delivering cinema-quality experiences and large-scale entertainment right at home. The L9Q, a collaborative effort with the Paris Opera and Devialet, offers a premium viewing experience between 80 to 200 inches with an ANSI brightness of 5,000 lumens and a contrast ratio of 5,000:1, certified for IMAX Enhanced and Dolby Vision, thus elevating home cinema experiences to new heights. The C2 Ultra, tailored for Xbox gaming, projects images up to 300 inches with ultra-low latency and vibrant colors, making it a perfect choice for gamers and movie enthusiasts alike.
Impressively, Hisense also showcased the world's first integrated rollable laser TV, a compact innovation merging display and motor, which eliminates the need for bulky cabinets and pre-installation studios. This design integrates seamlessly into home interiors, enhancing aesthetic appeal while maximizing space.
By transcending the limits of size, color, shape, and visual experience, Hisense confirms its role as a global technology leader and lifestyle innovator, driving the industry forward and embarking on a new "Boundless" era of visual engagement.
