Shana comes to Watercrest bringing a wealth of experience in the healthcare sector. Since starting her career in nursing case management in 2012, she has accumulated significant expertise in oncology and emergency care. It was through these experiences that she honed her dedication to compassionate service, understanding the importance of being there for individuals and families during some of life's most challenging times.

In 2021, Gresh found her true passion in senior living while working in memory care, where she focused on building meaningful relationships with residents and advocating for dignified care. Her mission is to create memorable and unique experiences within the Watercrest community, believing deeply that the way one makes others feel will last far longer than any other impression.
