International Motors Celebrates 2024 Dealers of the Year

International Motors, LLC recently hosted an annual dealer meeting in Phoenix, Arizona, where it announced the winners of its coveted Dealer of the Year awards for 2024. This gathering served as a platform for dealers to reflect on the achievements of the past year, while also setting their sights on future opportunities.

Dan Kayser, Executive Vice President of Commercial Operations, expressed the significance of this event by stating, "The annual dealer meeting is such an exciting time for all of us at International. The selection process for the Dealers of the Year was rigorous, taking into account multiple performance indicators such as parts sales, truck sales, service dwell time, growth in market share, customer experience scores, and the use of International Financial services.

Dealer of the Year Winners

International U.S. and Canada:
Shane Bosch of Glover International was awarded this title, recognizing his dealership's exceptional dedication to customer service. Justina Morosin Batchelor, Senior Vice President of Sales and Field Operations, commented, "Glover International is a testament to everything we hope our dealerships strive to be. Their attention to detail and commitment to driving customer value beyond the purchase of the vehicle is what is going to set International's dealer body apart."

IC Bus Dealer of the Year:
Richard Wolfington of Wolfington Body Company was recognized for delivering exceptional value to IC Bus customers. Charles Chilton, General Manager of IC Bus, noted their importance in communities across the country, indicating that the bus market heavily relies on a strong dealer network. "We are proud of the work that Wolfington did throughout 2024 delivering superior value and service for our IC Bus customers," he stated.

Wolfington highlighted the responsibility of their work in supporting community needs, saying, "Receiving the incredible honor of the 2024 IC Bus Dealer of the Year is a humbling reminder of how seriously everyone takes that responsibility."

Latin America:
Cajasa, honored as the 2024 International Dealer of the Year for Latin America, showed remarkable performance across various metrics, including parts sales and Integrated Powertrain sales. Javier Pérez Amarante, Dealer Principal at Cajasa, expressed immense pride in his team's accomplishments and their customer-first approach.
