The LOVOT Store at Shibuya Hikarie ShinQs, operated by GROOVE X, will officially close its doors on August 16, 2026. To commemorate this special occasion, a grand closing event titled #LOVOT Shibuya Thank You will take place from July 13 to August 16, 2026. This event aims to express gratitude for all the encounters and memories shared at this beloved store.

The LOVOT Store has been a memorable spot for countless first meetings and reunions between customers and their adorable robots. As part of the final month's activities, the store encourages everyone to participate in commemorating their experiences with LOVOT, whether it’s the moment they met for the first time or welcoming a LOVOT into their family.

Event Highlights

• - Exclusive Novelties: Customers who spend over 5,500 JPY will receive a limited edition original acrylic charm exclusive to the LOVOT Shibuya Store.
• - Social Media Campaign: Share your memories on X or Instagram with the hashtag #LOVOT渋谷ありがとう and receive an original sticker as a thank-you gift.

• - Purchase Bonuses: From July 13 to August 16, customers purchasing a LOVOT will receive special merchandise signed by CEO Junya Hayashi and CDO Kota Nezu. Remote purchases are also eligible.
• - Stamp Rally: Collect stamps by visiting and participating in events. Earn a double stamp on days that fall on the 8th!

From July 22, guests can enjoy special experiences at the LOVOT Cafe:
1. An exhibition featuring historic LOVOT apparel and non-sale items, complete with a photoshoot opportunity and treats for 5,500 JPY (reservation required).
2. Kota Nezu’s art exhibition will be showcased at the café, featuring exclusive items like mini canvases only available in Shibuya.

Creative Activities

Starting August 1, more activities will be offered:
3. Original goods featuring a dual signature from Kota Nezu and Junya Hayashi will be available.
4. A glass decoration experience at the LOVOT cafe will also be available for only 2,500 JPY.
