The dinner starts with an impressive amuse-bouche selection including:

• - Tartare of Abalone from Sanriku topped with finger lime from Kochi
• - Marinated Sea Bass from Aomori paired with Gruyère cheese puffs
• - Caramelized Noda Duck and Pear served with a beet salad

As your palate awakens, you will be treated to an extraordinary main dish featuring tender fillet of Miyagi Churaimai beef, renowned for its rich flavor and texture, accompanied by a savory pastry wrapping of deer meat from Iwate. These dishes are enhanced by rich mushroom sauce and a hint of bitter chrysanthemum sauce, bringing together a rich tapestry of flavors.
