This includes identifying six core pillars that will serve as the focus for future initiatives.
What is Green Infrastructure?
Mr. Takamori will start the session by providing clear definitions and establishing a conceptual framework for green infrastructure, along with showcasing its applications and benefits such as environmental enhancement, urban cooling, and disaster risk reduction.
A Decade of Progress
Participants will review the progress made since the launch of the Green Infrastructure Promotion Strategy 2023 and the establishment of public-private partnerships aimed at advancing this movement. Key outcomes and ongoing projects will be highlighted, emphasizing the collaborative efforts made.
