This year's theme revolves around the collaboration with Suntory's Japanese Craft Gin, ROKU. The gastronomy on offer aims to tantalize the senses by capturing the essence of Japan's stunning autumn landscape. Guests can look forward to a welcome drink crafted from ROKU Gin, along with an exquisite dish called "Aki (Autumn) Saisai with ROKU," where beautiful gradients represent the stunning autumn colors, allowing patrons to savor the season’s aroma and flavor in an elegant setting.
