Additionally, patrons reserving the selected Black Wagyu course (5,000 yen including tax) will have their sukiyaki upgraded to premium Omi Beef. What's more, those opting for the gourmet dining course (6,000 yen including tax) will enjoy double the Omi Beef in their sukiyaki dish!
This summer, elevate your usual gathering with a sumptuous Kobe Beef experience, making it truly memorable.
The Highlights of Kobe Beef and Kurobuta
Kobe Beef refers to Tajima cattle bred in Hyogo Prefecture that meet strict standards, known for its finely marbled meat and velvety fat. The Kurobuta pork from Kirishima, a purebred Berkshire breed, while less rapid in growth and yield compared to hybrids, boasts superior quality fat and strong umami that pairs magnificently with the broth.
Cooking on the clay pot allows the fats from the meat to meld beautifully with the broth and vegetables, enhancing the overall flavor as each ingredient melds together in exquisite harmony. To conclude your meal, enjoy Chūpon noodles stir-fried to perfection, soaked in the delicate broth,—a delightful finish to your culinary journey.
