The centerpiece of this culinary masterpiece is a
100% Wagyu patty. Made without any fillers, the beef is grilled over an emulsion of aromatic embers to lock in its natural juices and rich flavor. Complementing the patty is
Scarmozza Cheese, aged for optimal taste, which harmonizes the smoky aroma of the embers with the cheesiness, elevating the overall meat experience.
