The Krug Snow Dome is designed for one exclusive group per day, ensuring an intimate and private experience. Guests will begin their journey in a cozy outdoor fire lounge, where they can savor delightful Krug champagne and delectable canapés beneath a starry sky, ushering in a refined pre-dinner atmosphere.

Upon entering the luxurious snow dome, guests will find a beautifully decorated space highlighted by a warm, alpine ambiance, illuminated softly by the glow of chandeliers. The centerpiece of the dome is a grand dining table that accommodates up to 14 guests. Here, diners will indulge in a gastronomical journey, enjoying a carefully curated course meal that highlights the finest seasonal ingredients from Hokkaido, paired perfectly with an exquisite selection of Krug champagne.

Guests can choose from three distinct dining courses:

• - French Course: Featuring Hokkaido’s freshest seafood like scallops and abalone, elegantly prepared with French culinary techniques. Highlights include roasted Kobe beef fillet and perfectly poached fish.
• - Japanese Course: A celebration of Hokkaido’s seafood, showcasing delicacies such as marinated prawns and fire-grilled Kobe beef sirloin, allowing diners to savor local flavors.
• - Chinese Course: A warm and sumptuous offering for the winter, featuring authentic Cantonese dishes like braised abalone and steamed fish, all prepared with finesse.
