The Looop Jumbo campaign will run until March 16, 2026, targeting all customers who have contracted with Looop under the Smart Time ONE plan. By logging into the Looop app, users can earn one lottery ticket per day, with the opportunity to collect as many tickets as they wish leading up to the draw. Each ticket holds the promise of discounts on electricity bills, creating a blend of anticipation and engagement for users.

There will be a total of 5,281 prizes, ensuring plenty of winners. Additionally, participants who gather five or more lottery tickets will receive a participation prize. The announcement of winners will occur on March 31, 2026, with discounted electricity bills beginning in July for successful participants.

The prizes for the campaign are as follows:
  • - 1st Prize: Discount equivalent to six months’ worth of electricity bills (1 winner)
  • - 2nd Prize: Discount equivalent to one month’s worth of electricity bills (3 winners)
  • - 3rd Prize: Discount equivalent to one week’s worth of electricity bills (325 winners)
  • - 4th Prize: Discount equivalent to one day’s worth of electricity bills (3250 winners)
  • - 5th Prize: Discount equivalent to one hour’s worth of electricity bills (35,000 winners)
  • - Participation Prize: All who collect five or more tickets are eligible for a 30-minute worth of electricity discount.

The prizes are based on average monthly electricity costs from government statistics, ensuring participants receive fair rewards based on their actual usage.
