Before joining Semperis, he served as Senior Vice President of Global Partner Sales at Cradlepoint, a subsidiary of Ericsson. During his tenure at Cradlepoint, he was instrumental in expanding the company's global market presence and delivering distinctive solutions designed to transform customer operations.

Prior to his role at Cradlepoint, Purcell made significant contributions at Box, where he led a high-performing acceleration team through their successful IPO journey, alongside several impactful years at Cisco. At Cisco, he held the position of Director of Americas Partner Sales, overseeing the business and technical practices for Cisco's security, wireless, and core networking solutions.

Purcell holds a Master of Applied Science from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Science from the State University of New York at Oswego. His education and experience have equipped him with the insights necessary to navigate and address the complexities of today’s cybersecurity landscape.
