LifeSpeak Welcomes Neil King as New CEO

LifeSpeak Inc., a pioneering force in digital wellbeing solutions, has just announced the appointment of Neil King as its new Chief Executive Officer. This decision comes into effect immediately, following the tenure of Flint Brenton, who had served as Acting CEO since May 2026 and will continue as Chairman of the Board.

With over 25 years of experience in developing health and wellbeing businesses globally, Neil King brings a wealth of knowledge to LifeSpeak. Prior to this role, he was the President and Chief Operating Officer of CBI Home Health, one of Canada’s largest home care providers, directing a nationwide workforce of over 8,000 clinicians and caregivers.

King’s extensive background also includes 15 years in the employee wellbeing sector, particularly at TELUS Health where he served as Managing Director and Global Senior Vice President of Employer Solutions. This position had him overseeing employee assistance, wellbeing, virtual care, and disability management on a global scale. His expertise is further strengthened by his leadership role in LifeWorks, where he was President of Global Integrated Health Solutions.

He holds both an MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto and an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University, and is based in Toronto, Canada.

One of the key objectives for Neil King in his new role is to advance LifeSpeak’s mission of supporting those who don’t find adequate help in traditional benefit structures.
