Join Us for a Heartwarming Event in Fukuoka!

On November 16, 2025, from 2 PM to 4 PM, the NPO Palsupport Kids Association will hold a special gathering titled "Supporting Children with Cancer and Their Mothers" at TKP Elgar Hall in Tenjin, Fukuoka. This event aims to bring smiles and joy to children battling cancer and their mothers through a variety of engaging activities such as songs and a lottery draw.

The event welcomes not only children with cancer and their families but also cancer survivors and the general public. It's a wonderful opportunity for everyone to learn about childhood cancer and share support with one another.

Event Details

• - Date & Time: November 16, 2025, from 2 PM to 4 PM (doors open at 1:40 PM)
• - Location: TKP Elgar Hall, 1-4-2 Tenjin, Chuo Ward, Fukuoka City (5 minutes from Tenjin Station, next to Daimaru Fukuoka Tenjin Store)

The event will feature:

• - Insights from Koiko Inada, the director of Palsupport Kids Association, on childhood cancer and the role of their organization.
• - A special surprise: wigs created from hair donations will be presented to the children attending.
• - An engaging discussion with Yukino Ichikawa, a renowned enka singer who has returned to her singing activities after a health hiatus.
• - A lottery draw with exciting prizes, including 10kg of rice for two lucky winners, special goodies for 10 attendees, and further delightful surprises for 40 more participants. Each attendee will also receive a participation gift of House Vermont Curry.

About Palsupport Kids Association

Founded in 2017, the NPO Palsupport Kids Association aims to support children facing significant health challenges and economic difficulties, especially those suffering from childhood cancer. The organization's founder, Koiko Inada, who is a specialist in pediatric oncology, recognized the needs of these children and their families. Many face bullying and educational challenges due to hair loss from treatment, and others cannot afford necessary medical wigs due to financial burdens.

With the mission to provide free medical wigs, headscarves, and essential food supplies to children affected by these conditions, Palsupport Kids seeks to foster smiles and happiness among these children.

In addition to providing wigs, the association engages in many activities, such as:

• - Distributing Christmas gifts to children's welfare institutions.
• - Organizing regular community dining events.
• - Operating facilities for children’s developmental support in after-school programs.
