Volunteer of the Year. In a ceremony held on February 27, 2025, CNO recognized Richard for his exceptional volunteer work with the Alzheimer’s Association’s Greater Indiana Chapter. Honoring Paul Richard
Paul Richard, who serves as a
Senior Solution Architect at CNO, has devoted over ten years to the Alzheimer’s Association. This year, his impactful role as the event experience chair for the Indianapolis Walk to End Alzheimer’s marked his fifth year in this position, helping to foster a successful event that has become the fourth largest Alzheimer’s Walk in the entire United States. His dedication not only signifies his personal commitment but also emphasizes the role of corporate culture in promoting volunteerism.
In recognition of Richard’s outstanding service, CNO Financial Group made a donation of
$10,000 to the Alzheimer’s Association’s Greater Indiana Chapter. This contribution will aid in their mission to support families and caregivers while striving to end Alzheimer’s and various forms of dementia. Delia Jervier, the regional vice president of the Alzheimer’s Association, expressed gratitude for the support received from CNO, highlighting the deep community impact facilitated by dedicated individuals like Richard.
Invested in Giving Back Program
In conjunction with the honoring of Richard, CNO also revealed the recipients of its
2025 Invested in Giving Back® program, which awarded a total of
$180,000 across twelve different nonprofit organizations. This initiative is now in its seventh year and plays a crucial role in encouraging employee participation in philanthropy. Associates are invited to recommend and vote for the nonprofits they believe should receive funding, making them active participants in CNO’s ideal of corporate philanthropy.
