Beyond these seasonal campaigns, the Tokyo Metropolitan Government will leverage partnerships with attractions, major events, and various media to continue promoting awareness effectively. Expect to see exciting collaborations and initiatives targeting both locals and visitors to Tokyo, featuring online content, videos, and even influencer outreach.
Educational Initiatives
To promote the "KEEP TOKYO CLEAN" ethos, a dedicated AI Public Relations avatar, “Tokyo Star,” will distribute eco-friendly furoshiki bags aimed at international tourists. These items highlight Japan's unique "mottainai" spirit and the importance of a circular economy.
As the summer campaign unfolds, look for opportunities to obtain these eco-friendly furoshiki at participating accommodations, events, and tourism centers throughout Tokyo. Let’s collectively push for eco-friendly practices!
