Starting December 4, 2025, trial sales will be conducted at the CoCo Lounge, located on the second floor of the Kamiyacho Trust Tower in Tokyo World Gate. This venture aims to bring the essence of Japan's rich sushi culture to urban consumers in a quick, accessible format.

The trial sales are part of a larger initiative connected to the CoCo JAPAN project by the Mori Trust Group, which seeks to promote unique Japanese regional products. During this pilot phase, NINJA SPEED™ will feature a limited-time menu inspired by specialty products from Kagawa Prefecture. Among the offerings is the exciting ‘Wasabi Fragrant Salmon Avocado Roll,’ which beautifully combines the fresh flavors of Kagawa's olive salmon and first-harvest seaweed.
