This integration allows users to receive notifications and parenting information directly through the app, transitioning smoothly to make reservations for consultations while minimizing the time-consuming task of booking via phone during municipal office hours.

The mila-e Reservation service is easy to access. Users can simply tap on the “Online Reservation” option on the top screen of the Ishioka Childcare Support App. After logging in with their mila-e authentication account, they need to fill in their information to complete the booking. First-time users will be required to create an account to utilize the service properly.
