Keri Eisenbeis Takes on New Role at BayCare Health System
BayCare Health System, a noted not-for-profit healthcare provider, recently announced an exciting development within its leadership team. Keri Eisenbeis, who has served as both the Chief of Staff and Chief Communications Officer, is now stepping into a broader role that incorporates marketing into her vast responsibilities.
Effective immediately, Eisenbeis will retain her previous titles while adding oversight of the health system's marketing initiatives. This strategic move aligns closely with her ongoing efforts to support BayCare's President and CEO, Stephanie Conners, and to enhance the organization’s external communications and community outreach.
A Leader Committed to Community Impact
Eisenbeis has been with BayCare for 16 years, beginning her journey in 2009 as the director of government relations and child advocacy at St. Joseph's Children's Hospital in Tampa. Over the years, she steadily climbed the ranks, taking on increasing responsibilities, including the Chief of Staff position when Conners came on board in 2022. Her long-standing commitment and proven ability to tackle complex challenges have made her a key figure in the BayCare leadership structure.
In her expanded role, Eisenbeis will continue to lead efforts in strategic communications, government relations, and community partnerships, while her new focus on marketing will enhance how BayCare connects with the community it serves.
According to Conners, this added responsibility is a natural extension of Eisenbeis's talents and experience. “Keri has proven, over and over during her tenure at BayCare, her ability to take on new challenges and make a big impact for our communities,” said Conners in a statement.
A Voice for Patients and the Community
Eisenbeis is passionate about representing the voices of patients and ensuring that BayCare meets the evolving needs of the communities it serves. “The voice of our patients and the community at large motivates me. I look forward to channeling that voice in my work,” Eisenbeis stated. With her proactive approach, she aims to solidify BayCare’s position as an exemplary provider not only in quality healthcare but also as a supportive employer.
Her objective is clear: to further enhance BayCare's mission of improving community health through high-quality, compassionate care. “I am excited to lead these support teams to do even more to make a difference for our communities’ health,” she added.
