About the Speakers


Satoru Nakamura


Born in 1973 in Fukuoka, Nakamura established M&A Capital Partners in 2005 after over eight years in sales focusing on asset management and succession planning. Under his leadership, the firm listed on the TSE Mothers in 2013 and transitioned to the main market in 2014. Nakamura has played a crucial role in integrating with Japan's pioneering M&A firm, Rekof, in 2016, and has served as a founding director of the newly established M&A mediation association since 2021.

Hideki Sato


With a background in the financial sector of a listed real estate company, Sato specializes in consulting for inheritance and asset management. Since joining M&A Capital Partners in 2013, he has facilitated numerous M&A transactions across various industries, including cosmetics, apparel, and logistics. His diverse experience includes breakthroughs in the food service and construction consulting sectors.
