ONE-NIGHT CULINARY EVENT AT THE R.C. ARMS

On October 4th, 2025, THE R.C. ARMS will host a special collaboration event with Akita Prefecture showcasing its rich culinary offerings. Located in the heart of Tokyo, the R.C. ARMS Shinbashi will serve an exclusive buffet featuring a range of gourmet dishes crafted from the best local ingredients of Akita.

EVENT DETAILS

The event will take place from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and seats can be reserved until the day prior to the event. Given the popularity of this buffet, reservations are highly recommended since seating will be limited and will close once full.

EXCLUSIVE MENU

Guests can indulge in a unique menu featuring Akita's renowned products, not available in the subsequent week-long fair. Dishes to look forward to include:

• - Roast Beef from Akita Wagyu served with a smoky gravy sauce
• - Salad with Akita Vegetables and Junbuta Bacon drizzled with carrot dressing
• - Sea Bream Carpaccio paired with shottu sauce
• - Inaniwa Udon Aglio Olio topped with toburi
• - Herb Fritters with Akita’s unique tsubomi mushrooms
• - Cheese Baked Kirintampo with Lamb Ragu mimicking moussaka
• - Kebab Hummus featuring nine-bellied pork and tsubomi mushrooms
