CINC Systems Strengthens Leadership with New Executive Appointments
CINC Systems, a prominent player in the community association management (CAM) industry, has made strategic enhancements to its executive team. The company recently welcomed three new leaders whose expertise is expected to propel its growth and innovation in AI-driven solutions. This move comes on the heels of a successful third quarter, marked by record bookings and burgeoning demand for its AI tools.
The newly appointed executives include Duri Chitayat as Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Alan Cohen as General Manager of Financial Services, and Philip Dolan as Chief Marketing Officer. Their diverse skills and previous accomplishments position CINC to enhance its offerings and improve client services significantly.
Duri Chitayat: A Visionary in Technology
Duri Chitayat steps into the role of CTO with a wealth of experience in engineering and product innovation. Prior to joining CINC, he held the CTO position at Safeguard Global, a workforce enablement platform. His leadership will focus on further developing CINC’s technology platform, ensuring that it remains reliable, efficient, and secure in an era marked by rapid growth in client numbers. Chitayat’s background in consulting and global transformation initiatives equips him to integrate CINC's operations efficiently, bringing together its AI development and technology operations to bolster client experiences. He succeeds Peter Yang, who will continue to advise Chitayat during this transition.
Alan Cohen: Streamlining Financial Services
Alan Cohen has been tasked with leading the financial services division, which includes managing the company’s payment and accounts payable innovations. His recent launch of Payables+, an upgrade to CINC's AP solution, is designed to enhance efficiency for clients and their vendors by leveraging AI capabilities. With over three decades of experience in B2B payments, Cohen’s role represents a key initiative aimed at advancing CINC's financial service offerings and making payment processes more seamless and beneficial.
Philip Dolan: Driving Demand and Marketing Innovations
Philip Dolan, who took on the role of CMO in April, has been pivotal in refining CINC’s marketing strategies, particularly in relation to the adoption of new technologies. His focus includes introducing intelligent agents powered by the Cephai+ AI technology, as well as improving the resident and community manager experiences via CINC Connect. Dolan’s extensive experience in consumer brand management and SaaS marketing helps ensure CINC's solutions resonate well with clients, reinforcing the company’s competitive edge in the CAM space.
A Collaborative Effort for Enhanced Client Value
CEO Ryan Davis sees these appointments as crucial to enhancing CINC's offerings, stating, "These talented leaders will support our mission to ease tedious tasks for clients and their residents, ensuring that working and living in a professionally managed community is a rewarding experience. Together, they're instrumental in driving technology adoption and client satisfaction."
