EFCG Assists NewFields in Major Acquisition by ERM

On January 13, 2025, the Environmental Financial Consulting Group (EFCG) announced its role in advising the Environmental Division of NewFields Companies as it prepares to sell to ERM, the globally recognized leader in sustainability consultancy.
