Hisense Unveils Revolutionary RGB-MiniLED Displays and Sound Innovations at IFA 2025
Unveiling Groundbreaking Innovations at IFA 2025
At IFA 2025 in Berlin, Hisense, a leading global brand in consumer electronics and home appliances, captivated audiences with groundbreaking display technologies and immersive audio solutions under the theme “Your Life with AI.” This year’s exhibition featured an impressive lineup, showcasing innovative approaches that transform visual media and enrich user experiences.
The Revolutionary RGB-MiniLED Television
At the core of Hisense's presentation is the world's largest RGB-MiniLED television, a gigantic 116-inch UX model that promises a true cinematic viewing experience. Utilizing advanced local dimming, high bit-depth processing, and peak brightness up to 8,000 nits, this television exhibits vibrant colors and smooth gradients, achieving 100% of the BT.2020 color gamut. As the originator of RGB-MiniLED technology, Hisense leads the charge in precise light and color control, setting a new standard in display quality.
Powered by the state-of-the-art Hi-View AI Engine X, local dimming has evolved from simple brightness control to integrated light and color management. This technology dynamically mixes red, green, and blue light, synchronizing backlighting with panels for maximum accuracy in color and brightness. Images are optimized in real-time for picture, sound, and setting adjustments, ensuring a tailored viewing experience.
Immersive Audio Experiences
Hisense also introduced the 6.2.2 CineStage X Surround System, developed in collaboration with Opera de Paris and Devialet, which delivers spectacular 360-degree cinematic sound. For gamers, the 116UX’s Ultra Game Mode offers a 165 Hz refresh rate alongside native Variable Refresh Rate (VRR) technology, facilitating fluid and responsive gaming encounters.
In a significant partnership with Dolby, Hisense unveiled the first public demonstration of Dolby Vision 2, a next-generation technology that enhances visual experiences with smart content and rich details. This groundbreaking technology will first roll out on Hisense's RGB-MiniLED TVs via over-the-air software updates, marking a significant milestone in their collaboration with Dolby.
Advanced Home Audiovisual Systems
The auditory experience is further enriched by the HT SATURN audio system, specifically tuned by Devialet, providing 4.1.2 spatial sound with Dolby Atmos, DTSX, and virtual surround sound capabilities. The AI Cinema zone showcased their TriChroma Laser Home Cinema, a new model L9Q, featuring 5,000 ANSI lumens brightness and a contrast ratio of 5,0001, producing vibrant imagery with deep blacks and sharp details, even in well-lit environments. With projection sizes ranging from 80 to 200 inches and IMAX Enhanced support, it promises cinematic quality in home settings.
Hisense's laser mini-projector C2 Ultra stands out by projecting images up to 300 inches, transforming any space into a theater or gaming arena. Designed for Xbox, it boasts low latency and vibrant projections, catering to both gamers and movie enthusiasts alike.
Commitment to Sustainability and Innovation
Hisense's laser innovations have already garnered industry recognition. The PT1 and M2 Pro earned the world’s first laser projector certifications from SGS, with values of WVF 2.98 and 2.86, significantly lower than the industry average of 4. Furthermore, the PT1 has received certification for its carbon footprint reduction efforts, reflecting Hisense's dedication to health and sustainability.
From smart displays to immersive sound systems, Hisense's showcasing at IFA 2025 signifies its commitment to ushering in an era of AI-powered lifestyles. These products redefine how technology enhances daily experiences, enabling users to savor every moment.
