Denko Co. Expands Operations in Western Japan with New Office and Relocations

Expanding Horizons: Denko Co. Takes Bold Steps in Western Japan

Denko Co., headquartered in Minato, Tokyo, has announced significant expansions in its Western Japan operations to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. With a focus on growing its business footprint in the Shikoku area, Denko Co. has decided to establish a new office in Matsuyama, Ehime Prefecture, and simultaneously relocate its facilities in Osaka and Hiroshima.

The company, which operates as a key distributor for the Toshiba Group, has established a strong presence across ten locations in Japan. The latest changes are strategically aimed at reinforcing Denko Co.'s sales and service capabilities in Western Japan, ensuring that customers in the region receive faster and more tailored services.

New Office Opening in Matsuyama

The new office in Matsuyama, set to open in April 2026, will serve the Shikoku region, allowing for better cooperation and response times for local businesses. This move is a strategic advantage as it builds upon the existing operational framework that has been managed from the current Hiroshima office. The intent is to offer dedicated support and solutions tailored to the unique needs of Shikoku businesses.

Relocation of Hiroshima and Osaka Offices

In line with the expansion, the Hiroshima office will be moving from Higashihiroshima to a more centralized location near Hiroshima Station on April 10, 2026. This new address aims to enhance Denko Co.'s business operations, providing a more accessible point for clients and partners alike.

Additionally, the Osaka satellite office, previously located within the Osaka branch, will relocate to a newly established facility near Esaka Station, starting February 3, 2026. This upgrade is in response to the expanding business, ensuring effective service delivery across the Kansai region by improving operational efficiency.

With a goal of achieving sales reaching 1.1 billion yen across these three locations in two years, Denko Co. is poised for growth. The company is set to offer comprehensive services including design, installation, and maintenance of air conditioning equipment and infrastructure, specifically tailored for businesses with multiple locations in the region.

Future Developments

As Denko Co. continues to innovate, it plans to gradually introduce new products to its catalog. The company will not only focus on electrical equipment for buildings and industrial components but also delve into renewable energy products, leveraging its nearly century-long expertise in the field.

Founded in 1928, Denko Co. celebrates its 98th anniversary by reinforcing its commitment to high-quality service and innovative solutions. With a capital stock of 900 million yen, the company is determined to accelerate its service provision in the competitive environment of energy solutions and infrastructure.

The new branches and the strategic relocations underline Denko Co.'s intent to remain a vital partner for businesses in the electrical and energy sectors in Japan, paving the way for a sustainable and efficient future.
