• - Single-parent families currently living in Itabashi.
• - Individuals expecting to become single parents, as long as they have children under the age of 20.

The event has a limit of 20 groups, and prior reservation is required to attend. Interested participants can reserve their spot on a first come, first served basis through the JKK Tokyo website. The reservation period runs from July 6, 2023, to August 6, 2023.

2. Rent Reduction Program: JKK offers a 20% discount on rent for a specific group of residential units, along with one month of free rent from the start date of the contract.
