Darts, once a cherished aspect of pub culture around the world, has evolved into a competitive sport that demands advanced skills and precision equipment. This new item, crafted in Cologne, embodies RIMOWA's long-standing expertise in aluminum processing, merging impeccable engineering with superior craftsmanship. The wall-mounted dart cabinet features RIMOWA's first-ever double-opening aluminum structure, seamlessly blending professional-level functionality with an elegant aesthetic.

Taking cues from RIMOWA's popular 'Classic' collection, the Dartboard Case is made of the brand's signature groove-patterned aluminum. It showcases meticulous attention to detail, including a mirror-finished lock and rivet fastenings that evoke the feel of aircraft design. The minimalist construction is tailored for wall mounting, ensuring that every exposed element maintains a cohesive look. The handle, constructed from black leather, enhances the carrying experience.

In collaboration with Winmau, a leading brand in the professional darts industry and an official supplier to the Professional Darts Corporation (PDC), this exclusive case raises the standard for traditional sports experiences. It serves as a collector's item, perfectly designed to store and display a special dartboard. Inside, high-quality black microfiber is implemented to cradle the Winmau Blade X dartboard, known for its exceptional scoring capabilities, aligned with a traditional yet sophisticated light gray color scheme that beautifully complements the aluminum exterior.

The internal compartments of each door accommodate professional-grade dart sets, holding a total of six darts: three sporting RIMOWA-logo black shafts alongside red and green flights embellished with RIMOWA's monogram. An accompanying leather pouch provides added storage for replacement parts, enhancing portability and protection, whether at home or on the go, enabling easy game enjoyment with friends.

Coinciding with this launch is a special campaign video directed by Grégoire Delachaux, filmed at RIMOWA's Cologne factory and featuring American actor Walton Goggins.

The story follows Goggins' character, a security guard monitoring the headquarters while anxiously tracking his favorite football team's match. To distract himself, he sorts through archived pieces and discovers the aluminum case containing the dartboard. As he plays darts to ease the tension, he becomes enamored with the belief that hitting the bullseye could sway the fate of his team in the match. In this narrative, the dartboard symbolizes the intersection of will and destiny.

RIMOWA redefines the concept of 'play' with its exclusive Dartboard Case, set to be available for pre-order at RIMOWA stores nationwide starting July 30, 2026.
