Carolyne Murff brings over two decades of experience within the LS Power group, having held various key roles that contributed to her expertise in clean energy operations. Before her new role at Clearlight, Murff served as Chief Operating Officer at REV Renewables, where she led the acquisition, development, and management of clean energy projects. Her extensive background includes being the first team member and former head of the LS Power Asset Management group, showcasing her deep understanding of both operational and strategic aspects of energy management.

Matt Mitchell joins the team as CFO, transitioning from his previous position as Managing Director at LS Power. With more than 19 years in investment and financial management, he will oversee Clearlight's finance functions while also guiding the commercial and development teams as the company embarks on ambitious growth initiatives. Matt succeeds Kevin Melnyk, who played a crucial role in stabilizing Clearlight's financial structure during its formative years.
