Interested individuals must send an email to [email protected] (please remove the '★' from the email) with their address, phone number, name, age, gender, occupation, and information regarding their concerns about their teeth.

Registration Process and Confirmation

Slots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. We will notify the successful applicants via email:
1️⃣ For the first session, notifications will be sent by January 31, 2026.
2️⃣ For the second session, notifications will be sent by February 21, 2026.
