JOY GROUP Reports Strong Financial Results for Fiscal Year 2025

On March 27, 2026, JOY GROUP announced its financial results for the fiscal year 2025, showcasing outstanding growth and profitability. The company's retail sales exceeded a staggering $730 million, equivalent to approximately 5.1 billion RMB, while total revenues surpassed $620 million, representing a year-on-year increase of 22%. This performance underscores the company's robust business strategy and operational excellence, marking another year of strong growth.

Expanding Brand Portfolio

In 2025, JOY GROUP strategically expanded its cosmetics portfolio across various categories and price segments. The company introduced key brands such as JUDYDOLL, JOOCYEE, and René Furterer, while also nurturing emerging brands like Biophyto-genesis and Foltène, which encompass makeup, haircare, and skincare products. This diversification is not only a testament to JOY GROUP's commitment to innovation but also reflects its understanding of consumer trends.

The leading brand, JUDYDOLL, played a critical role in driving growth, achieving global retail sales exceeding $430 million (3 billion RMB) with an annual growth rate of over 18%. For the third consecutive year, JUDYDOLL ranked first in sales volume among makeup brands in China. Additionally, the brand significantly enhanced its omnichannel presence, operating 118 standalone stores and catering to over 30,000 retail outlets worldwide.

Meanwhile, JOOCYEE experienced record-high global retail revenues in 2025, with a revenue increase of more than 15%. The brand's lip products achieved sales of over 18 million units globally, further consolidating JOY GROUP's leadership in the cosmetics market.

Acquisition and Expansion

In the hair and scalp care segment, René Furterer maintained robust growth in China, reporting revenue growth exceeding 30%. JOY GROUP also completed the acquisition of Foltène, an Italian brand focused on hair and scalp care, which has been backed by scientific research since 1963. This acquisition bolsters JOY GROUP's expertise in the skincare and haircare sector.

Furthermore, the acquisition of Biophyto-genesis, a dermatology-focused skincare brand, laid the groundwork for future growth in skincare, leveraging 14 years of clinical collaboration.

Building on its solid domestic base, JOY GROUP continued its globalization strategy, with overseas retail sales exceeding $87 million (600 million RMB) in 2025. The company expanded its global footprint through e-commerce and local retail development, including the opening of three standalone stores in Singapore.

Investment in Innovation

Investment in research and development remained a priority for JOY GROUP, as it launched over 600 new stock keeping units (SKUs) and added 20 new patents to its portfolio. The company strengthened its innovative capabilities with dual R&D centers located in Shanghai and Milan.

Allan Liu, Chairman and CEO of JOY GROUP, commented on this growth: "In 2025, JOY experienced another strong growth year. With a stronger multi-brand portfolio and accelerated globalization, we believe JOY is well-positioned for long-term and sustainable growth."
