NetSys Japan Exhibits at the 54th International Hotel and Restaurant Show HCJ2026

NetSys Japan at HCJ2026: Driving the Future of Hospitality Management

From February 17 to 20, 2026, NetSys Japan participated in the 54th International Hotel and Restaurant Show (HCJ2026) at Tokyo Big Sight. This event is recognized as one of the largest exhibitions for the hotel and restaurant industries in Japan, attracting a massive turnout of over 55,000 visitors across four days.

Under the leadership of CEO Masaru Toku (徳正 賢), NetSys Japan showcased its proprietary management system for hotels, emphasizing solutions to challenges such as workforce shortages and the increasing demand for multilingual support in the rapidly evolving hospitality sector. The company presented its cloud-based Property Management System (PMS), Core Cast, which is equipped with over 400 features aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and customer experiences.

A Showcase of Integrated Solutions

The theme for their exhibition was "Streamlining Hotel Operations while Enhancing Customer Experience," reflecting a commitment to providing high-quality service with limited manpower. The presentation included several key solutions: the PMS Core Cast, an automated check-in system Core Touch, and innovative hotel information systems Core TV and Core Guide. These products are designed to integrate and manage processes that include reservation handling, payment processing, room status tracking, and information dissemination within the premises.

The exhibition highlighted the increasing importance of these tools, particularly against the backdrop of chronic labor shortages and rising inbound tourism demand in Japan. Attendees were keenly interested in discussing integration methods with their existing systems and strategies for effective post-implementation operations.

Among the unique offerings, the Viewing Log Data Analysis solution drew significant interest, allowing hotel chains to automate the collection and analysis of information from TV service interactions, facilitating centralized management and enhanced visibility of usage patterns.

Addressing Inbound Tourism Needs

Another notable aspect of the exhibition was its focus on inbound tourism. There was considerable interest in the PMS's ability to automatically aggregate data by region and country, highlighting the industry's growing awareness regarding the importance of catering to international guests.

The company’s service Core Express, which aims to strengthen sales through local Online Travel Agents (OTAs), gained attention in light of the substantial rise in visitors from South Korea, with January 2026 marking the first month where tourist numbers from Korea exceeded 1.1 million.

Operators expressed the need for effective sales tactics and collaboration methods to optimize guest balance by nationality, specific to the unique conditions in their facilities, particularly those with sufficient direct flight connections but inadequate guest arrivals.

Seminar and Further Engagement

During the exhibition, NetSys Japan also hosted a seminar titled, "Solving Hotel Management Challenges with NetSys Japan's Practical Solutions." Over the course of the four days, the seminar focused on common issues faced by hotel operations, such as laundry, public baths, and room cleaning, presenting actual case studies to propose viable solutions. Many participants visited NetSys Japan's booth following the seminar to gain further insights into the presented solutions.

Looking ahead, NetSys Japan is committed to accelerating the development of products that balance workforce reduction with enhanced customer experiences, thereby supporting sustainable operations within the hospitality industry. With over 1,850 partner hotels and more than 120,000 guest rooms equipped with its systems, the company continues to exemplify its mission of promoting digital transformation across the sector.
