Construction Work Style Forum 2026 was successfully conducted at the Toranomon Hills Forum in Tokyo, co-hosted by Suke Dachi Research Corporation and Kyoto University. The event welcomed approximately 1,000 industry professionals, showcasing a vigorous environment that allowed for discussions surrounding critical issues facing the construction industry today.
This annual forum, which began in 2024, serves as a platform for leaders across various sectors—government, industry, academia—to gather and engage in dialogue on pressing matters such as female empowerment, workforce training, business succession, retention of foreign workers, and the development of the next generation of leaders in the industry.
Purpose and Atmosphere
The forum aimed to unite professionals at the forefront of the construction industry to discuss a variety of topics that are vital for the future of the sector. Supported by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism and other organizations, various distinguished speakers addressed the audience with stimulating insights.
