From June 30 to August 31, 2025, the restaurant will feature an exclusive new course titled "Herbal Mushroom Hotpot – Shangri-La Flow.” This hotpot is specifically designed to help diners recharge and replenish their physical and mental vitality amidst the sweltering heat and climate-controlled indoor environments.

A Unique Culinary Journey


The "Shangri-La Flow” experience allows guests to book a spot on the terrace, limited to just eight diners per day, ensuring a cozy and intimate atmosphere. The course comprises six distinctive chapters, each crafted to enhance well-being while indulging in exquisite flavors.

1. Reset - Cooling Mushroom Tea


The experience begins with a soothing mushroom-infused tea designed to lower body temperature, encouraging guests to unwind as they prepare for the upcoming meal.

2. Open - Fresh Mushroom and Kale Salad


Next is a refreshing salad featuring crispy kale and aromatic mushrooms, stimulating both the appetite and the mind while opening guests up for the delightful culinary journey ahead.

3. Warm - Secret Black Soup


The heart of the experience is the secret black soup, made from a medley of natural mushrooms sourced from the Yunnan province. This rich and deeply nourishing broth warms the body, providing a rejuvenating taste that resonates through every sip.

4. Flow - A Treasure Trove of Mushrooms


The main highlight of the hotpot is an impressive selection of sixteen different types of mushrooms, artfully arranged and ready to be cooked in the flavorful broth. 5. Nourish - Seasonal Vegetables and Custom Noodles

6. Release - Refreshing Mango Snow Ice
