From July 5 to August 31, 2025, this limited-time event will showcase a delightful selection of shaved ice made with the finest natural water.

This pop-up cafe is part of the renowned Tsumugi brand, known for its emphasis on Japanese aesthetics and tradition. Here, visitors can indulge in the cafe's signature item: shaved ice made from natural water. This concept originated in 2022 as a seasonal offering, and due to public demand, it returns for its fourth consecutive summer. This year, the venue has been moved to a spacious area to better accommodate guests.

1. Limited Edition: Blueberry Sauce & Yogurt Shaved Ice from Machida BON - ¥1,430
- A delightful creation featuring rich, fragrant blueberry sauce made from domestic blueberries sourced from the Machida-based jam specialty store, BON. Each spoonful offers a perfect balance of sweet and tangy.
2. Thick Grape Milk Shaved Ice - ¥1,540
3. Lemon & Yuzu Japanese Black Tea Shaved Ice - ¥1,320
4. Peach & Shinshu Highland Milk Shaved Ice - ¥1,265

In a bid to enhance efficiency, Tsumugi Himuro Cafe will continue utilizing the innovative Kakigori Maker, an automatic shaved ice preparation robot first introduced last year. Faced with labor shortages caused by an aging population, Pronto Corporation recognizes the need to integrate technology like the Kakigori Maker with human workforce to improve service quality. With its ability to maintain consistent ice serving sizes in real-time, this technology reduces waiting times and allows staff to focus on other tasks.
