Zoomlion Showcases Innovative Robot Ops at Hannover Messe 2026

From April 20 to 24, 2026, Hannover Messe will be the stage for groundbreaking advancements in industrial automation and artificial intelligence as Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science & Technology Co., Ltd. unveils its new operating system for embodied intelligence, known as Robot Ops. This marks the first demonstration of the platform on a global scale.

Robot Ops aims to revolutionize the industrial landscape by offering a comprehensive development platform that aligns with the principles of Software 3.0. Its design integrates DevOps, DataOps, and AgentOps, creating a full-stack solution that serves as a bridge for collaborative development across software, data, and intelligent agents.

Key Features and Modules

The Robot Ops platform consists of four key modules:
1. Base Tools: Essential resources for users to navigate the system effectively.
2. Imitation Learning: This module enables robots to learn behaviors by mimicking human actions, greatly enhancing adaptability.
3. Reinforcement Learning: Facilitating the development of sophisticated algorithms that allow robots to improve their performance over time based on feedback.
4. Task Orchestration: This ensures that various robot operations can be coordinated smoothly, making complex tasks more manageable.

These modules collectively support complete lifecycle management, covering data collection, model training, simulation verification, application development, and maintenance. The ease of deployment is designed to enhance operational efficacy by over 50% while specifically addressing primary industry challenges such as high technical barriers, difficulty in scenario migration, data bottlenecks, and inadequate lifecycle management protocols.

Live Demonstrations at Hannover Messe

During the exhibition, Zoomlion will perform live demonstrations showcasing the capabilities of Robot Ops. A humanoid wheeled robot and a mobile logistics robot will collaborate within a logistical sorting scenario. Furthermore, the first-generation humanoid robot, Z1, will wow the audience with a choreographed dance routine, exemplifying dynamic motion control. These demonstrations are designed to illustrate how Robot Ops seamlessly integrates algorithms and task execution in real time.

Industry 5.0 Solutions

In addition to Robot Ops, Zoomlion will also present its insights into Industry 5.0 and its intelligent manufacturing (IM) solutions at the conference. The company will highlight how integrating digital technologies such as smart planning, industrial AI, digital twins, and end-to-end intelligent logistics can drive the manufacturing processes forward.

Zoomlion will be hosting its exhibits at stand D76 in Hall 15 and stand D70 in Hall 11, situated within the China Pavilion. They will also collaborate with Amazon Web Services (AWS) for exhibitions and participate in the
