Day Two of the U24 Ambassador Business EQ Camp

On July 21, 2026, the second day of the U24 Ambassador Business EQ Camp, a collaborative initiative by Imajina Corporation, was successfully held in Yamanashi Prefecture. This camp is centered around enhancing corporate branding and talent development. The first day focused on building a mindset of self-disclosure and the power of questioning. On the second day, the focus shifted towards understanding oneself and assessing contributory morals that enhance the ability to serve others.

Activities on Day Two

1. Self-Assessment Using Cambridge Behavioral Test:
All participants underwent the Cambridge Psychological and Behavioral Characteristics Test. This assessment aimed to visualize participants' behavior traits and cognitive biases, relying solely on objective data rather than subjective assumptions. By understanding one's unique characteristics, individuals could better identify areas for growth.

2. Workshop on Human History - Understanding Cognitive Biases:
Participants journeyed back 2.5 million years to the hunting and gathering era, learning about the cognitive biases humans naturally tend to fall into. Understanding these biases, driven by the brain's inclination toward minimal effort, highlighted the importance of self-objectivity in our thoughts and actions.

3. Workshop on Contributory Morals - Engaging in Improvement:
Moving beyond mere self-satisfaction, this workshop explored the concept of contributory morals, focusing on how individuals can provide value to their surroundings and organizations. It emphasized that when one person shifts their mindset and takes action, it can lead to transformative change within the entire organization. The importance of embedding such principles within corporate culture was also discussed.

Looking Ahead to Day Three and Four

As participants prepare for the third day on July 22, they will closely analyze the results from the Cambridge Behavioral Assessment to leverage their strengths for upcoming workshops. Additionally, they will work on presentations aimed at Yamanashi Governor Kōtarō Nagasaki for the final day, preparing to share insights gained throughout the camp.
