This year, support initiatives have already been confirmed in 32 regions nationwide, involving over 1,000 nursing care facilities focusing on system implementation and operational improvements. The institute aims to deliver flexible support that aligns with the real conditions faced by these facilities.
Zenko Research Institute continues to add value through close collaboration with municipalities, service providers, and the nurses in the field to establish a viable regional model that can be expanded nationwide.
Zenko Research's Mission
Zenko Research operates under two guiding principles: to set a standard for operations and to lead the future of the industry. The insights gained from its parent organization, the social welfare corporation Zenko-kai, are shared widely, promoting sustainable practices in both facility-based and home-based care services.
Recognizing the significance of integrating these experiences into home services, the institute is actively involved in the implementation of the Care Plan Data System, which the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare prioritizes as crucial for advancing the digitalization of home care services.
