Noroshi Inc. Welcomes New Ambassadors to Foster Local Growth and Innovation

Noroshi Inc. Strengthens Its Mission with New Ambassadors

Noroshi Inc., under the leadership of CEO Yohei Akimoto, has recently appointed three new ambassadors: Naotake Hibiya, Toshihiko Kihara, and Shusaku Hayakawa. These individuals bring a wealth of experience and a shared passion for empowering local businesses across Japan, aiming to ignite the potential of every region under the mission, "Raising Noroshi for the Future across Japan."

The company’s vision is not only to unearth hidden gems in local talent and resources but also to facilitate the successful integration of essential management resources—such as personnel, funds, technology, and information—into local enterprises. The newly appointed ambassadors will play a crucial role in this initiative, collaborating with challengers nationwide to foster innovation and growth.

Meet the New Ambassadors

Naotake Hibiya (kipples CEO / Connector)

Naotake Hibiya graduated from Keio University, where he began his journey as a freelancer working on website development and streaming event planning. After joining NTT Software, he later held a director position at KBMJ (currently known as Apiritz), and was instrumental in establishing the marketing and PR functions at Sansan Inc. In 2016, he founded kipples, where he acts as a connector for people and information, fostering a supportive environment for changemakers.

In his statement regarding his new role, Hibiya expressed, “As a city-born individual, community initiatives and urban development have always seemed intriguing yet distant. However, over the past decade, my interactions with locals through work have shown me the energy and possibilities that arise when people gather. I am thrilled to be involved with everyone’s efforts, helping to amplify the charm and challenges of local areas.”

Toshihiko Kihara (KIHARA Commons CEO)

A graduate of Kitakyushu University, Toshihiko Kihara has extensive experience in consulting for energy ventures, having worked at Seven-Eleven Japan and Aero Shield (formerly Shield Tech Corporation) where he facilitated strategic business partnerships. He remains deeply involved in venture support, LP funding for VCs, and nurturing entrepreneurs, while also running the Oita Growth Ventures acceleration program.

Kihara shared his insights on local business growth, stating, “Having established a venture in Oita and experienced M&A and business management, I realized the need for seasoned mentors and supportive funding structures for true entrepreneurs. I resonate strongly with Noroshi's vision of illuminating local resources and would like to create an environment where regional entrepreneurs can seize opportunities without detours.”

Shusaku Hayakawa (Ryukyu Astida Sports Club CEO)

In his early twenties, Shusaku Hayakawa was a student entrepreneur involved in several business ventures and later served as an aide to a former Prime Minister. He returned to entrepreneurship, organizing nationwide networks for business owners with a mission to cultivate Japanese ventures. An author and educator, Hayakawa shares his knowledge at Meiji University and as a guest professor at the University of the Ryukyus.

Hayakawa enthusiastically commented on his ambassadorship, saying, “As a businessman, I have always believed in the untapped potential of local and small enterprises. I am confident that Noroshi can excavate, refine, and deliver these values to the world, becoming a necessary collaborative space for future generations.”

Noroshi Inc. welcomes its ambassadors as pivotal contributors to its mission. The company facilitates a rich community of industry experts, providing numerous events—from networking gatherings to educational programs aimed at inspiring future entrepreneurs.
