Immortal You: A Special Orchestral Concert Featuring Iconic Voices

Immortal You: A Special Orchestral Concert

The much-loved anime 'Immortal You', based on the manga by Yoshitoki Ōima (famous for ‘A Silent Voice’), is set to shine in a special orchestral concert. This concert will celebrate the rich musical landscape crafted by composer Ryū Kawasaki. Audiences can expect a full orchestra performance that brings to life the beautiful scores from Seasons 1 to 3 of the series.

The story of 'Immortal You' revolves around the main character, Fushi, who possesses the extraordinary abilities to transform inspired objects and to resurrect after death. Throughout his journey, Fushi evolves through human interactions, experiencing love, loss, and growth, ultimately choosing his own path. Following successful runs of Season 1 from April to August 2021, and Season 2 from October 2022 to March 2023, fans eagerly anticipate the third season, which will air from October 2025 to March 2026.

The concert is directed by prominent conductor Yuri Nitta, known for her deep motives towards Nordic musical compositions, creating a powerful blend with the orchestral performance. This unique concert will feature an ensemble of Tokyo's finest studio musicians and vocalists, led by concertmaster Hitoshi Konno, forming what can only be described as a dream orchestra for this special event.

One of the highlights of this concert is the participation of voice actors Reiji Kawashima (Fushi) and Kenjirō Tsuda (Observer), whose vocal performances will bridge the emotional gaps within the orchestral magnificence, revitalizing the universe of 'Immortal You'. Their contributions promise to elevate the concert, enabling the audience to dive deeper into the narrative essence of the anime.

Aiming to provide an enriched musical experience for young audiences, ticket prices for high school students and younger attendees have been set at a mere 2,000 yen. This initiative demonstrates a commitment to nurturing a love for high-quality music through the medium of animation amongst the youth. The general ticket price is set at 9,000 yen.
