Led by Realgate, a company renowned for its expertise in the development and management of creative offices across Tokyo, The Steps represents the latest vision in urban renewal. The adjacent building will house the SHIFT HOTEL, scheduled to open in January 2026, marking Realgate's first foray into the hotel industry.

The layout of The Steps has been thoughtfully designed to enhance user experience:

• - Ground Floor: The ground floor will host a collaborative space that combines the newly established Sedai Coffee, known for its specialty brews, with hebeerryk!, a natural wine shop, creating a vibrant social hub. This dual-venue promises to attract both locals and visitors, providing a seamless transition from daytime coffee to evening wine.

- Sedai Coffee: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Designed to be pet-friendly, these offices include shared amenities such as rooftop spaces, meeting rooms, and lounges that encourage collaboration among occupants.

SHIFT HOTEL: A New Hospitality Experience

As a part of this ambitious project, SHIFT HOTEL aims to redefine the guest experience in Hatagaya by offering a unique blend of comfort and local culture.
