Concorde Elevates Sydney Hockaday to Managing Director of Marketing Amidst Strategic Growth

Sydney Hockaday's New Role

Concorde has made a significant move by promoting Sydney Hockaday to the position of managing director of marketing. This transition, effective immediately, underscores the firm's commitment to refining its marketing strategy across various divisions including broker-dealer, Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), and insurance sectors. In her enhanced role, Hockaday will spearhead a cohesive marketing strategy that integrates brand development, communication, and strategic planning, ensuring that all marketing initiatives align with Concorde's vision for sustainable growth and advisor-focused operations.

Danielle Delongchamp, the president and CEO of Concorde, highlighted Hockaday’s achievements since joining the company earlier this year as the director of marketing. "Sydney's promotion is a testament to her ability to not only meet but exceed the expectations of her role," Delongchamp stated. "She has shown remarkable leadership skills, creativity, and dedication to improving how we collaborate with our advisors and stakeholders. Her contributions have been pivotal in shaping our branding and event experiences."

Hockaday joined Concorde in March 2025 and has already made her mark by successfully rebranding the firm and implementing new communication protocols, which have resulted in more streamlined operations. She also played a crucial role in launching a novel marketing partnership initiative that aims to enhance client outreach and engagement.

Before her tenure at Concorde, Hockaday served as vice president of marketing at Capital Square, a leading player in the tax-advantaged real estate investment space. During her time there, she managed the marketing for approximately 90 investment offerings and was instrumental in overseeing a remarkable $7 billion in transaction volume. Hockaday masterminded Capital Square’s corporate rebranding in 2019, showcasing her knack for strategic marketing and brand elevation.

Currently, Hockaday is actively involved in the alternative and direct investment industry as the chair of the Marketing and Communications Committee for ADISA, the largest trade association in this sector. This position further enhances her standing as a key thought leader in the marketing landscape of financial services.
