More than 28 vendors will participate, making this the largest event yet, featuring top-notch specialty coffee roasters from both Japan and abroad, alongside popular local dessert shops.

Visitors can look forward to various pairings thoughtfully crafted around distinct flavor profiles, which will be categorized under six guiding tags: Citrus, Berry, Stone Fruit, Nut & Chocolate, Floral, and Other (Spices & Alcohol).

Attendees are encouraged to explore these pairings, starting with those that share the same colored tags indicating compatibility. As they grow more comfortable, they can seek recommendations from knowledgeable staff to discover exciting flavor combinations that elevate their coffee and dessert tasting experience.

• - Colombian Geisha Coffee (PHILOCOFFEA) with Pear and Jasmine Yokan (ORITSURU): This pairing melds the elegant floral notes of the Geisha coffee with the refreshing sweetness of pear, resulting in a tranquil yet indulgent experience.
• - El Salvador El Manantial Pacamara COE#9 (FUKUSUKE COFFEE) with Stollen Chocolate (Bon Vivant): Revel in the harmonious complexity created by the fruity characteristics of the El Salvador coffee paired with the rich cocoa and spice of the stollen, bringing forth flavours ranging from zesty citrus to deep dried fruit.
