  • - High Costs: 87 respondents noted this concern
  • - Desire for Privacy: 31 individuals expressed discomfort about allowing strangers into their homes
Overall, financial considerations and psychological factors play significant roles in the decision-making process regarding air conditioning maintenance.

4. Perceived Impact of Home Environment


When asked about the effect of their home environment on cleaning frequency and methods, 66 respondents acknowledged some influence, whereas 23 felt it had little to no effect. This insight suggests that homeowners are increasingly aware of how their living spaces impact overall health and comfort, prompting a desire for effective cleaning solutions.
