Exploring the Cutting Edge of Drones and AI in Defense Webinar

Webinar on Cutting-Edge Drone and AI Technology

Introduction

SpaceData Inc., headquartered in Minato, Tokyo, is set to participate in a significant webinar hosted by Ryo-san Ryo. The event, titled "Drones x AI Frontier - Business Opportunities in the Defense Market and Leading-edge Technology Implementation," will include a presentation by Yuki Yada of SpaceData's PROVIDENCE Physical AI team on Day 2 of the event, scheduled for July 24, 2026.

Background of the Event

As the defense and security landscape undergoes rapid changes, and natural disasters intensify, there is an increasing societal demand for the integration of unmanned systems like drones with Artificial Intelligence (AI). However, practical validation using real machines faces constraints related to costs, safety, and reproducibility. This has led to a growing importance of conducting AI learning and verification in virtual spaces utilizing "Physical AI" and its foundational technology, Digital Twin.

Acknowledging these trends, the webinar will feature two sessions: Day 1 on July 22 will see ACSL discuss business opportunities in the defense sector alongside global regulatory and supply chain movements, while SpaceData will elucidate the forefront of technology implementation on Day 2.

Additionally, since May 2026, SpaceData and ACSL have been collaborating on enhancing unmanned system operations in defense, disaster response, and social infrastructure.

Details of the Day 2 Presentation

During Day 2, Yuki Yada will explain the fundamental concepts of Physical AI, illustrate practical applications of NVIDIA Omniverse and Isaac Sim, and discuss the efficiency gains possible through Digital Twin technology within SpaceData’s comprehensive technological framework, "PROVIDENCE." This session aims to provide engineers interested in new business development in drones and robotics, as well as the implementation of Physical AI and Digital Twin technologies, with actionable insights from technology selection to deployment.
