What’s in the Special Udon?


The standout dish features udon noodles, expertly coated in a savory niboshi (dried sardine) powder, providing a light and zesty taste. The udon is generously topped with a mixture of grated daikon and a crispy tempura made from an assortment of summer vegetables including bitter melon, myoga ginger, corn, and onion. The final touch is a squeeze of fresh sudachi, a Japanese citrus fruit, which adds a pleasant tartness to the dish.
