In an exciting announcement, the Automotive Hall of Fame will for the second consecutive year, present its Induction Ceremony to a global audience on
September 25, 2025. Last year's inaugural broadcast was met with tremendous enthusiasm, drawing in thousands of viewers from more than
29 countries. This year's ceremony, taking place at The Department at Hudson's in
Detroit, will celebrate the contribution and legacy of remarkable individuals in the automotive industry.
The event will kick off at
6 p.m. ET and promises to be an engaging affair, thanks to the return of accomplished hosts Rhonda Walker and Kim DeGiulio, both from
WDIV Local 4. They will guide the viewers through the celebration, featuring insightful interviews with this year’s tribute speakers and inductees, such as the distinguished former Chairman of
Daimler AG,
Dieter Zetsche, who will also be honored with tributes by
Roger Penske.
Among the notable individuals set to grace the ceremony is
Bianca Senna, the CEO of Senna Brands and niece of the legendary driver
Ayrton Senna. Also in attendance will be
Mark Reuss, President of
General Motors, bringing yet another layer of prestige to the occasion. Dr. Zetsche expressed his anticipation, stating, "As I have heard, obviously, of the Automotive Hall of Fame before, and very much have positive memories about my time in Detroit, my immediate reaction was, of course, I'll accept. I appreciate the honor. And I'm looking forward to September."

tribute videos, special appearances, and a segment featuring iconic vehicles associated with the inductees, including Ayrton Senna's famed
1992 McLaren MP4/7A.
