Adecco Group Launches Salesforce's Agentforce Coworker in 40 Nations Worldwide
In a significant move for the tech and staffing sector, Adecco Group has officially announced the global rollout of its new AI-driven platform, Agentforce Coworker, across more than 40 countries. This deployment follows a successful pilot phase conducted in the United Kingdom and France which showcased the platform's potential in enhancing workplace efficiency.
Agentforce Coworker, integrated directly into the Salesforce platform, serves as a smart assistant, providing invaluable support in workflows related to sales, recruitment, and client interactions. This state-of-the-art platform employs Claude, an AI system developed by Anthropic, revolutionizing how businesses manage their operational processes.
On the day of the announcement, Denis Machuel, CEO of Adecco Group, joined Marc Benioff, CEO of Salesforce, along with executives from Anthropic, NVIDIA, and Siemens, at the Dreamforce conference. They spoke on the critical importance of human-centered AI in the evolving work landscape.
Adecco Group holds an unlimited business agreement for Agentforce 360 with Salesforce. This strategic partnership allows for the extensive scalability of AI agent technology throughout Adecco's global operations. Currently, the technology has been adopted in recruitment processes across ten countries, accounting for approximately 50% of Adecco's business revenues.
The introduction of Agentforce Coworker aims to streamline daily workflows for around 27,000 employees, providing them with a consolidated access point to essential data, systems, and organizational insights that were previously scattered across various tools. Leveraging insights from over 2.5 million documented interactions between agents and candidates since April 2025, Agentforce Coworker is designed to enhance decision-making processes significantly.
With this innovative tool, sales professionals and recruiters will be empowered to identify priority leads, prepare comprehensive sales summaries, enrich prospect data, and visualize lead status across various teams. Recruiters can efficiently select candidates and initiate applicant screening, hiring, or onboarding processes.
Denis Machuel remarked, "We are witnessing the largest reshaping of work since the advent of the internet; we must equip our teams with technology and new working methods. Building on the success of agent implementation in recruitment processes, the launch of Coworker empowers our teams with a unique interface that integrates both candidate history and client context, facilitating better decision-making when human judgment is most critical."
He further added, “Our pilot program showcased rapid adoption within days. This innovation allows our sales and recruitment teams to concentrate on what only humans can do—engaging deeply with candidates and clients.”
